Physiotherapy

One-on-one physiotherapy sessions focusing on orthopedic and pelvic health rehabilitation and performance. A strong foundation in manual therapy, neurological dry needling, biomechanics and functional movement training guides our treatment approach.

Dr. Tayla Curran, PT, DPT, MSc combined her love for fitness with her passion for helping her patients achieve their goals to create her dream job. She’s on a mission to help everyone who’s ever said “they just have a bad [insert body part here]” help achieve lasting, pain-free movement. Prior to returning to school for physical therapy, she worked in medical education and research at Columbia University Medical Center. ​ She approaches each client’s case with the goal of understanding what’s driving their symptoms and what needs to happen to help them achieve their goals. She understands injuries often affects the whole body, and enjoys zooming out to treat the whole person.

She received her Bachelor’s degree from High Point University and Master’s degree in Narrative Medicine and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. She is certified in pelvic health rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. ​

She spends her free time cycling and running through the streets of Boston, occasionally with her dog, Finley, in tow.
